About Rustic Restorations LLC
We are a family owned and local business to the northshore of St. Tammany based out of Abita Springs. The owner, Byron Clark, started his career in hardwood flooring under the wing of master craftsman and wood flooring artisan Norbert Weinz over a decade ago while finishing business school. Through their partnership over the years Byron’s passion for flooring grew. He honed his craft to perfect his skill in sanding and finishing hardwood floors with a specialization in oil and wax, bleaching, lyes, and polyurethane to be able to provide high quality services to St. Tammany, New Orleans and the surrounding areas.

Byron did a wonderful job removing old carpet and replacing with new wood flooring in 2 rooms of my home. Not only did he pull up and haul the old flooring materials away, he pulled samples to match existing wood in other areas of the house, handled ordering and delivery of new flooring and left no trace of construction behind. One of the samples he pulled matched perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! Would recommend Rustic Restorations every time.

After Rustic Restoration was finished with my mom’s floors, they were beautiful! These were very old floors that had been damaged from 65 years of use with never having anything done to them. When Byron finished refinishing them, they looked so good. They were the number one reason the house sold so fast!
